Currently hiring for the following positions:  Construction Help and Production Welder

At DCM Inc. we take care of those who help keep production moving smoothly.  All employees receive holiday pay for every major holiday.  We offer employer paid insurance, effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.  After one year, employees are entitled to five paid personal days and one week paid vacation time. 

*Starting pay depends on experience.
